There’s not a firm deadline for submissions…my plan is to publish a collection of customer service stories as soon as we have enough for a book! Once the stories have been selected for the book, I’ll have a renowned customer service expert select the winner of the $500 bonus for “best” story. In addition to publishing the best stories, we may also make some of them into videos. Here’s a rough cut of a video based on one of my customer service essays. It’s called “Overdrawn.”
